Key Responsibilities:

  • Steer multidisciplinary client project teams to achieve functional or technical deployment results that meet client expectations.
  • Employ project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools to instill structure and enhance value throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Recognize project risks and execute strategies for mitigation, escalating issues as required.
  • Develop strong client relationships that lead to mutually advantageous outcomes.
  • Proactively influence others to achieve results essential for project success while promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to contribute further by assuming additional responsibilities to enhance client success.
  • Deliver verbal and written status updates to all tiers of client leadership, including executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management with the capability to manage complex projects and/or multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Expertise in Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to various audience levels
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Box, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving results in time-sensitive, high-ambiguity environments
  • Experience in leading the planning, scope, risk, and issue management of strategic, large-scale enterprise technology projects
