Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years in the field, particularly in commercial construction. This role is essential for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of our projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all MEP components of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to meet project specifications.
  • Review and authorize MEP designs, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Act as the main contact for contractors, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Serve as the Commissioning Agent to verify system performance and compliance.
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with a focus on MEP in commercial projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
  • Certification as a Commissioning Agent is advantageous (licensing sponsorship available).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
