Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at American Financial Network, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals. This includes conducting thorough market research, identifying emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the mortgage lending industry, and developing tailored mortgage lending solutions for clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market analysis and strategy to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the mortgage lending industry
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals
Identify and target potential clients, including mortgage brokers, real estate professionals, and financial institutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored mortgage lending solutions
Establish and nurture partnerships with industry stakeholders, including real estate agencies, title companies, and legal firms
Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial referral programs and joint marketing initiatives
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives by actively prospecting and closing new business deals
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including tracking and reporting on sales activities
Stay current on mortgage lending products, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Proven track record of success in business development within the mortgage lending industry
Strong network of industry contacts and relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
