Business Development Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Mac Papers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our existing customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and grow existing account base through effective relationship-building and sales strategies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, business directories, and client referrals.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive sales growth and meet sales objectives.
- Collaborate with equipment and consumable suppliers to target, assess, present, and close business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work effectively with customer service and operations departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Perform administrative duties, including budgeting, reporting, and data analysis.
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitive landscape to drive sales growth.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 4-year bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record delivering on defined sales objectives.
- Sales experience required, with a strong background in B2B consultative sales.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to utilize CRM for daily business activities, planning, and pipeline progression.
- Ability to effectively utilize order entry systems and respond to emails.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required.
