Job Title: Business Development Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Assistant Manager to join our team at DHD Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives in the procurement and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to support the growth of our clients.
  • Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Negotiate Pricing Agreements: Assist in negotiating pricing agreements with customers and suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Manage Supply Chain Relationships: Aid in managing relationships with key suppliers to uphold a robust and reliable supply chain network.
  • Support Trading Transactions: Assist in supporting trading transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Standardize Order Specifications: Contribute to the standardization of order specifications to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Formulate Procurement Strategies: Assist in formulating and implementing procurement strategies to support business growth.
  • Monitor Order Flows: Provide oversight on order flows and monitor purchase order statuses to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
  • KOR/ENG Bilingual: Must be KOR/ENG bilingual to effectively communicate with clients and vendors.
  • Business Administration Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Business Development Experience: Demonstrated experience in supporting business development, sales, and procurement activities.
  • Leadership Capabilities: Possess leadership capabilities to motivate and support the development of a cohesive team.
  • Work Authorization: Must be able to work legally without visa sponsorship.
