About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced life insurance professional to join our team as a Sales Vice President of Firm Development. In this role, you will be responsible for building a network of 30-40 Independent firms over a three-year period, ensuring that Lion Street's resources are appropriately tailored, and revenue growth plans are established for each firm within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and develop a portfolio of Independent Life Insurance & Wealth Advisory firms
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry-leading life & wealth advisory firms
  • Collaborate with Lion Street carriers and alliances to leverage existing product experts and resources
  • Develop and implement revenue growth plans for each firm within your portfolio
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in the life insurance industry
  • A successful history of business development and relationships with industry-leading life & wealth advisory firms
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving company environment
