Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique business needs
  • Work closely with our Technical Recruiters to align the ideal candidate with each job opportunity
  • Manage and track market intelligence using CRM tools and social media
  • Identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts
  • Determine and understand the business needs of the client and their ideal candidate profile
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
  • Negotiate pay rates and partner with recruiters to fill open positions

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3+ years of sales or recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to stay focused on tasks while sitting at a desk for long periods of time
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Openness to coaching and willingness to follow directions from supervisors and higher-ups
