We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at LHC Group. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market share through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet Sales Goals: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing a comprehensive sales strategy, including prospecting, account development, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Plan and implement effective sales calls, identify and meet the needs of referral communities, and communicate the features and benefits of LHC Group's services.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive business growth, focusing on the needs and expectations of referral communities and patients.
  • Manage Sales Administration: Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales administration duties, including expense entry, CRM management, and payroll time sheets.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Developments: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive advantages, specialty programs, and Medicare guidelines to effectively educate the medical community about LHC Group's services.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
