  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, and prospecting.
  • Develop, maintain, and close new business opportunities using your exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts.
  • Determine and understand the business needs of the client and their ideal candidate profile.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant shifting demands.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience closing deals of various sizes with diverse clients.
