We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Black Diamond Networks. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships and identifying their unique business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, and prospecting.
- Develop, maintain, and close new business opportunities using your exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients.
- Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools.
- Identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts.
- Determine and understand the business needs of the client and their ideal candidate profile.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
- Negotiate pay rates.
- Partner closely with recruiters to fill open positions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3+ years of sales or recruiting experience preferred.
- Ability to stay focused on tasks while sitting at a desk for long periods of time.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant shifting demands.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Openness to coaching and willingness to follow directions from supervisors and higher-ups.
- The ideal candidate will have experience closing deals of various sizes with diverse clients.
