Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies to increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and facilities, to drive business growth.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to educate referral sources about the features and benefits of LHC Group's services.
- Work closely with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
- Manage sales administration duties, including expense reporting, CRM management, and sales forecasting.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure LHC Group remains competitive in the market.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
