About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Gulfstream SP in Thousand Oaks, CA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR, recruiting, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our recruitment process by reviewing resumes, qualifying candidates, and managing interview schedules.
  • Evaluate and qualify candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
  • Schedule and manage interview processes, ensuring timely and efficient coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records related to the recruitment process.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates and internal teams, providing updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR, recruiting, and resume reviewing.
  • Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Demonstrated local and stable work history.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.
