Administrative Liaison for Community Associations

PMP Management is looking for a detail-oriented and personable professional to join their growing team as an Associate Community Manager in Ventura, CA.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Community Managers with administrative tasks and duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.
- Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors.
- Create monthly newsletters and updates.
- Assist with architectural application process and create work orders.
- Update association portals and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- 4 Year College Degree preferred but not required
- 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
