Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

About the Role:
This is a Full-time opportunity as a Receptionist/Administrator for a high volume, multi-disciplinary medical office. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, multitasking abilities and be a reliable team player.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional patient care and answering questions with ease
- Coordinating appointments and verifying insurance information
- Managing high call volumes with multiple phone lines and calendars
- Maintaining accurate records and performing general office tasks such as filing and data entry

- Competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements:
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
