Senior Business Development Manager

We're Adcetera, a dynamic agency dedicated to empowering brands and driving growth. As a Business Development Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in propelling our success through the second half of 2024 and beyond.
We're seeking a seasoned network cultivator who can drive outbound sales functions, distinct from our account development team. Your responsibilities will include generating new business through established networks, identifying sales opportunities via cold calls and emails, and collaborating closely with our CEO and SVP, Media Services.
This role offers flexibility, with the option to be based in Houston, The Woodlands, or Chicago. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience selling marketing or technical projects into Fortune 500 companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver quarterly revenue numbers and sell Adcetera solutions to mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute a strong consultative selling strategy, with a track record of closing business.
- Generate and lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process, from prospect to signature.
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and analyze performance statistics to optimize long-term outcomes.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and/or new business development.
- Advertising and media sales knowledge is a plus, but your network is your most valuable asset.
- You must be able to present dynamically and instill confidence in a kind, smart, and creative way.
- White-collar skills, blue-collar work ethic.
