Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Office Manager to join our team at Brookdale Spring Shadows in Houston, TX. As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading the business office operations of the community, including managing financial transactions, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the business office operations, including financial transactions, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality care
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and other department leaders to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business office management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems
