Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate regular discussions with various business units to understand their HR needs.
  • Advise leadership on HR matters, offering strategic guidance as necessary.
  • Empower HR Business Partners to enhance leadership capabilities through effective performance management frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to analyze trends and metrics, developing tailored solutions and policies.
  • Address and resolve intricate employee relations challenges, conducting thorough and impartial investigations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
  • Provide ongoing performance management support to line managers, including coaching and career development.
  • Work closely with management and staff to foster positive work relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
  • Offer guidance on HR policies and their interpretation.
  • Ensure the HRBP team effectively addresses employee concerns and conducts necessary investigations.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to create tools and training resources that enhance managerial skills and understanding of organizational policies.
  • Provide insights on organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
  • Identify training requirements for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Engage in the evaluation and monitoring of training initiatives to ensure their effectiveness.
