Human Resources Strategist

PermitFlow is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Strategist to join our leadership team as the People Operations Manager. This pivotal role will be responsible for shaping and executing our human resources strategy to foster a vibrant and thriving workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a People team or organization, preferably in early-stage startups. They will be responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment strategy, employee development and training, culture building, and compliance and HR operations.
The People Operations Manager will play a lead role in cultivating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment. They will develop initiatives that promote teamwork, innovation, and employee well-being, and implement policies and practices that align with our values and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
The successful candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, overseeing HR operations, and implementing best practices for HR policies and procedures.
The People Operations Manager will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing our human resources strategy to foster a vibrant and thriving workplace culture.
Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Strategy: Spearheading the recruitment efforts to attract top talent in the industry, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
- Employee Development and Training: Designing and implementing programs that enhance employee skills, foster professional growth, and contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Culture Building: Playing a lead role in cultivating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Compliance and HR Operations: Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, overseeing HR operations, and implementing best practices for HR policies and procedures.
- 4+ years of experience in talent management or a related field, preferably in the construction or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a People team or organization, preferably in early-stage startups.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
