YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Crop Sales Representative is tasked with enhancing the market presence of the crop protection and seed division across various regions.

The key responsibilities of this position, Senior Crop Sales Representative, include:

  • Meeting established sales objectives with Bayer offerings;
  • Creating and executing business strategies for dealers and retailers;
  • Acting as the primary business advisor to retailers and large agricultural producers;
  • Showcasing product effectiveness compared to competitors;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to optimize services and sales;
  • Addressing inventory issues to ensure commercial success;
  • Collecting and evaluating market and competitive insights;
  • Implementing strategies to achieve business goals;
  • Efficiently managing expenses and program reimbursements;
  • Demonstrating initiative in enhancing sales techniques and product knowledge;
  • Ensuring effective program execution and delivery;
  • Serving as the business authority for key clients;
  • Mentoring junior team members;
  • Overseeing regional claims;
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
