YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Sales Representative for Crop Solutions is tasked with enhancing the market presence of crop protection and seed products across various regions.

The core responsibilities of this position include:

  • Meeting established sales targets with Bayer offerings;
  • Formulating and executing business strategies for dealers and retailers;
  • Acting as the primary business advisor to retailers and major agricultural producers;
  • Showcasing product efficacy in comparison to competitors;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to optimize service delivery and sales performance;
  • Addressing inventory challenges to ensure business viability;
  • Collecting and evaluating market and competitive intelligence;
  • Adhering to strategies for accomplishing business objectives;
  • Efficiently managing expenses and program reimbursements;
  • Exhibiting initiative in enhancing sales techniques and product expertise;
  • Ensuring the successful execution of programs;
  • Serving as the business authority for key clients;
  • Providing mentorship to junior staff members;
  • Overseeing regional claims;
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
