Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile customer payments globally
  • Review internal and external payments requests for accuracy and validity
  • Analyze existing bank accounts and compare to financial records to determine which items remain open
  • Assist with different clean-up projects related to AR and Escheatment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find new solutions and resolve process-related issues
  • Special projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in an accounting or operations role
  • Experience with Accounts Payable or Account Receivable Processing is a plus
  • Experience with Tableau and Microsoft AX Dynamics is a plus
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data - At minimum must know how to use Pivot tables, vlookup, and other advanced functions to manage data
  • Comfortable preparing journal entries
  • You're not afraid of ownership and accountability
  • You approach your work with focus on the big picture, always aware of the effects up and down stream
  • You think in terms of automation and how processes can be streamlined
  • Attitude is everything. You are always open to learning, collaborating, and helping where needed
