About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Imaging Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily processing of physical documents and checks. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks, while maintaining exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and scan various documents and physical checks for client review
- Communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients
- Supervise staff to ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and timely
- Foster an inclusive team culture and encourage professional development
- Reconcile all checks received, scanned, returned, and destroyed
- Process scanning in accordance with Firm guidelines
- Ensure regulatory compliance with industry regulations and oversee monthly audits
- Develop tactical solutions to increase efficiency and process transparency
- Review Quality Controls, Overnight Package tracking, and various reconciliations
- Liaise with senior managers in Operations, technology, and Business to develop strategic solutions
- At least 2-4 years of supervisory work experience in Operations or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented individual
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong client service orientation and written/verbal communication skills
