About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor to join our team at AdventHealth Fish Memorial. As a key member of our medical imaging department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our diagnostic imaging services, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of diagnostic imaging staff, ensuring efficient and effective patient flow.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support to patients and physicians, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Current, valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Registry certification combinations as defined by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or the Cardiac Credentialing International (CCI).
