Job Title: Site Operations Manager

At Verizon - GA - Alpharetta, we are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Community Management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership in promoting a culture of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of two employees and provide guidance on Community Management responsibilities.
  • Oversee the operations, sets, and movement of logistics for assigned space/floor.
  • Drive process improvement for Concierge, Hospitality, and Meetings & Events.
  • Host weekly one-on-one meetings and in-house operational meetings with team.
  • Use strategic thinking and operational expertise to enhance the office setting.
  • Manage in-house schedule for Alpharetta NP team and communicate weekly with Regional Manager.
  • Work with Regional Manager and virtual Peer Training team to assist with hiring, training, and on-boarding.
  • Provide necessary documentation and communication for progressive discipline.
  • Maintain and review guest comment scores to achieve set goals.
  • Ensure all space is clean, operational, and report any defects throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • Three years' experience in the hospitality industry with at least two years associated with hotels, conference centers, meeting venues, or corporate office concierge services.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in supervising a team, including experience with employee evaluations and service recovery expertise.
  • Experience with event operations and planning preferred.
  • Excellent computer software knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, departments, and interdepartmentally.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
