Site Supervisor Opportunity at Hallcon

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Hallcon. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staffing and Training: Manage and coordinate the staffing and training of new employees to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and cleaned, and that all employees receive regular safety training to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Communication and Coordination: Bridge the gap between Hallcon's field employees and corporate teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Operational Efficiency: Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure that all assigned locations are operating at maximum efficiency, meeting the needs of our clients.
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with the Risk Management team to report and address any safety issues, injuries, or incidents that may arise.
Qualifications:
  • Age and Communication: Must be at least 21 years of age and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
Education and Experience:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in team management.
Key Skills:
  • Administrative and Computer Skills: Strong administrative and computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address potential safety issues.
  • Decision Making: Quick and decisive decision-making ability, with the ability to respond to changing situations.
  • Communication: Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely respond to inquiries.
