Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our Alpharetta team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of service excellence and overseeing the daily operations of our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the site, including logistics, sets, and movement of equipment and supplies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager and virtual Peer Training team to assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new employees.
  • Host weekly one-on-one meetings and in-house operational meetings with the team and perform annual evaluations for all employees.
  • Use strategic thinking and operational expertise to provide enhancements to the office setting and create relationships with clients to assist with problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Manage in-house schedules, communicate with the Regional Manager, and provide necessary documentation and communication for progressive discipline, as needed.
  • Maintain and review guest comment scores to achieve set goals and maintain oversight and follow-up of team tasks, including inventory management and equipment issues.
  • Ensure all space is clean, operational, and report any defects throughout the day.
  • Plan non-complex client events when assigned or appropriate and partner with Event Support on direction.
  • Provide assistance to clients for catering, attendance, and AV instruction, as needed.
  • Travel to assigned locations as outlined with leadership team.
Requirements
  • Three years' experience in the hospitality industry, with at least two years associated with hotels, conference centers, meeting venues, or corporate office concierge services.
  • Ability to work with Regional Manager and virtual Peer Training team to assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new employees.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to use strategic thinking and operational expertise to provide enhancements to the office setting.
  • Proficient in all Community team daily duties and responsibilities for all regions.
  • Ability to manage in-house schedules and communicate with the Regional Manager.
  • Ability to maintain and review guest comment scores to achieve set goals.
