Job Title: Site Supervisor

At Innovative Emergency Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing site operations at our Temporary Accommodation for Migrants (TAM) and ensuring a safe, healthy, and structured environment for eligible migrants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations, including staff supervision, client data capture, and incident reporting.
  • Meet with OMS staff on a weekly basis to discuss progress and provide written reports.
  • Ensure all supporting client data is captured as directed by the District to support cost recovery efforts and District reporting.
  • Identify training needs and assist with training for staff.
  • Facilitate client all-hands meetings as required.
  • Uphold Office of Migrant Services standards of conduct, policies, and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual English and Spanish, written and verbal.
  • Two years of humanitarian or migrant operations experience and progressive supervisory responsibility.
  • Two years of direct management experience in temporary housing facility operations and reception services.
  • One year of direct service experience working with refugees, migrants, or other vulnerable populations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Registration or Certification, including Project Management Professional.
  • Four years of humanitarian or migrant-support related experience.
Benefits:
  • Starting salary based on experience and location: $67,000 - $79,600.
