Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional client service at one of our on-site support services centers or client sites. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the principal liaison between employees and clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and delegate tasks to the team to ensure productivity goals are met and client service is exceptional.
  • Operational Efficiency: Continuously look for opportunities to increase the efficiency of operations and improve service delivery.
  • Service Development: Seek opportunities to increase services and make recommendations to key contacts.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate proficiency in explaining products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules, and guarantees to clients.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit and interview potential candidates for available positions at the site, and hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and develop all personnel assigned to the site.
  • Scheduling and Productivity: Schedule personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and ensure contracted hours of operation are covered without incurring overtime.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist the Manager with tracking productivity and collecting information necessary to provide leadership and clients with monthly reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous supervisor experience in a client service-oriented field, preferably mail/copy/print production.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented with good attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills, strong initiative, ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision, and ability to lead others in a professional manner.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period of time.
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 days a week.

Compensation: The compensation range for this role is $20.22 to $25.88 USD per hour, and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
