Job Summary

The Alpharetta Northpoint Site Supervisor of Community Management is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership in promoting a culture of service excellence while supervising a team of employees and performing Community Management responsibilities for the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations, sets, and movement of the overall logistics of the assigned space/floor for office/desk and meeting spaces.
  • Drive process improvement for all things related to Concierge, Hospitality, and Meetings & Events for the Alpharetta Northpoint location.
  • Host weekly one-on-one meetings and in-house operational meetings with the team and perform annual evaluations for all employees.
  • Use strategic thinking and operational expertise to provide enhancements to the office setting and create relationships with clients to assist with problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Manage in-house schedules, communicate with Regional Managers, and work with virtual Peer Training teams to assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and review guest comment scores to achieve set goals and maintain oversight and follow-up of team tasks, including inventory management, equipment issues, service calls, and meeting & event support expectations.
Requirements
  • Three years' experience in the hospitality industry with at least two years of that experience associated with hotels, conference centers, meeting venues, or corporate office concierge services.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in supervising a team, including experience with employee evaluations and service recovery expertise.
  • Experience with event operations and planning is preferred.
  • Excellent computer software knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, other departments, and interdepartmentally.
