Location Description

We're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in a corporate office setting. As a Site Supervisor, you'll provide strategic direction and leadership in promoting a culture of service excellence while supervising a team and performing Community Management responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing operations, setting, and movement of logistics for office/desk and meeting spaces, as well as driving process improvement for Concierge, Hospitality, and Meetings & Events. You'll work closely with clients, team members, and other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach Community Managers
• Host weekly one-on-one meetings and in-house operational meetings with team and perform annual evaluations for all employees
• Use strategic thinking and operational expertise to provide enhancements to the office setting and create relationships with clients to assist with problem-solving
• Become an expert on Verizon protocols, office technology, and internal processes and hold team accountable for these expectations
• Manage in-house schedule for Alpharetta NP team and communicate weekly with Regional Manager
• Work with Regional Manager and virtual Peer Training team to assist with hiring, training, and on-boarding all new hires for this location
• Provide necessary documentation and communication for progressive discipline, as needed
• Maintain and review guest comment scores to achieve set goals
• Maintain and manage oversight and follow-up of team tasks given, including inventory management, managing equipment issues, service calls, meeting & event support expectations
• Daily professional interaction with team, Regional Manager, Virtual Planners, AV, Yield Analyst, Experience Manager, GM, and vendor partners
• Daily interaction with all Verizon associates and their partners
• Ensure all space is clean, operational, and report any and all defects throughout the day
• Plans non-complex client events when assigned or appropriate; partner with Event Support on direction. Provide assistance to clients for catering, attendance, and av instruction, as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in the hospitality industry with at least two years of that experience associated with hotels, conference centers, meeting venues, or corporate office concierge services
• Minimum of two years' experience in supervising a team, including experience with employee evaluations and service recovery expertise
• Experience with event operations and planning experience preferred
• Experience with Audio Visual equipment preferred
• Excellent computer software knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, to all other departments, and interdepartmentally
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
