Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary contact for client transaction inquiries.
  • Utilize various monitoring and analytical tools to proactively and reactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams and vendors to address client-impacting issues.
  • Thoroughly document incident details using established incident reporting tools.
  • Accurately communicate incident information to colleagues and management.
  • Maintain composure during high-pressure situations.
  • Ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
  • Deliver client support in line with agreed efficiency and quality standards.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strictly adhere to documented processes.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on real-time impacts to cardholders.
  • Rapidly escalate significant issues while adhering to internal metrics to ensure high availability for clients and cardholders.
  • Provide feedback and technical support to enhance Visa's internal tools.

Work Environment:
As we redefine the workplace, balancing flexibility, collaboration, and ensuring top-tier availability for our Global Operations team is crucial. Employees in this role will have up to three flexible shifts per month, subject to scheduling and managerial discretion.

Position Requirements:
This role necessitates on-site presence at a designated Visa office location.

Qualifications:
Basic:
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred:
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible for managing personal workload and seeking guidance when necessary.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to make informed decisions and present recommendations.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure incident resolution meets client expectations.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with basic networking and system terminology.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new information and systems.

Additional Information:
Work Hours: Varies based on departmental needs.
Travel Requirements: This position may require travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: The role will be performed in an office setting, requiring the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by phone, and operate standard office equipment.
