We are looking for a committed Healthcare Customer Support Associate to become a vital part of our medical team. This role will be on an as-needed basis, providing coverage for existing full-time personnel. The average weekly commitment will be around 30 hours, with flexible scheduling based on operational requirements.

This position may require occasional weekend availability, with additional compensation for hours worked during weekends or evenings.

The ideal candidate will excel in delivering outstanding customer service and administrative assistance within a healthcare environment.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and ensure accurate maintenance of patient records.
  • Confirm insurance details and assist with billing questions.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and resolve patient questions efficiently.
  • Work alongside medical personnel to facilitate smooth patient operations.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening; immunizations must be current, including COVID-19 vaccination.
