Position Overview:

Compensation Range: $21.50/hr. – $28/hr. (based on experience)

** EXCEPTIONAL BONUS STRUCTURE: Quarterly performance bonuses of up to 5% linked to customer satisfaction metrics. Additionally, up to $450 monthly for productivity bonuses if specific center objectives are achieved.**

In a team-oriented setting, the Clinical Care Assistant will support Medical Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients through various responsibilities, including but not limited to patient care coordination, organization, and communication.

The Clinical Care Assistant is responsible for executing all tasks accurately, maintaining high standards of quality, and completing them promptly while embodying our mission to redefine value and access to quality care through a seamless experience, a culture of compassion, and effective collaboration with our partners and communities. Job Qualifications

Educational Background

Completion of a Medical Assistant Program is required

OR

A minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience under a licensed healthcare supervisor within the last 3 years (ABR-OE from the AAMA must be acquired within 2 weeks of hire if Medical Assistant Certification is not secured upon hire)

Professional Experience

Medical Assistant experience is preferred for graduates of a Medical Assistant Program

OR

At least 2 years of Medical Assistant experience within the last 3 years under a licensed healthcare supervisor in lieu of a Medical Assistant program

Required Certifications

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire One of the following certifications is required (or must be obtained within 15 months of hire): CCMA- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (verified through NHA, National Healthcareer Association) CMA- Certified Medical Assistant (verified through AAMA, American Association of Medical Assistants) RMA- Registered Medical Assistant (verified through AMT, American Medical Technologists) NCMA- National Certified Medical Assistant (verified through NCCT, National Center for Competency Testing) Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or LPN at the time of hire EMT – Emergency Medical Technician (verified through the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians) CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant NRCMA – Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (verified through the National Association for Health Professionals)

Essential Skills and Abilities

Familiarity with medical office management systems and procedures Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Social awareness and a service-oriented mindset Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities Strong organizational and planning abilities Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
