Chef De Partie Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at Azadea Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the opening and closing duties, ensuring that kitchen materials are properly maintained and cleaned, and preparing high-quality food orders according to outlined recipes and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the opening and closing duties, ensuring that norms and internal procedures are followed.
  • Prepare high-quality food orders according to outlined recipes and specifications, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
  • Enforce safety rules for kitchen equipment and ensure maintenance of materials and installations.
  • Communicate with Front of House staff regarding special menu items and out-of-stock items, keeping them informed of special events and reservations.
  • Receive products, materials, and goods from suppliers, verifying their quality, quantity, and proper stocking, and registering waste items for inventory purposes.
  • Supervise station employees' performance, ensuring they comply with standard serving portions, cooking methods, quality, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Assess the par level needed for all products.
Requirements:
  • Technical degree in F&B or Hospitality Management.
  • 2-4 years of experience in F&B, including 2 years in kitchen operations.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and cooking sections.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Initiative, attention to detail, commercial understanding, customer focus, change and adaptability, and teamwork skills.
