Job Title: National Accounts Director

At Chef Works, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Accounts Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and managing corporate account activities within assigned customers and industry groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate assigned industry groups, using data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are regularly updated and tracked to meet current and future sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align pipeline activities with broader business strategies and market trends.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive annual business plans, including sales forecasts, to senior leadership.
  • Ensure all contracts and renewals are executed on time, with accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-10 years of progressive direct sales experience in the uniform, apparel, or related industry, with a proven track record of success in national account management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing national accounts, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
