Position Summary
The Retail Sales Floor Supervisor at Vuori plays a pivotal role in guiding the retail sales team, exemplifying our brand values through engaging customer interactions and extensive product knowledge. This position encourages team members to uphold Vuori's high standards in sales and customer service. As a vital member of the store leadership team, the Floor Supervisor oversees daily operations, delegates tasks, and serves as a reliable resource for both the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhancing Customer Experience: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Sales Floor Management: Take charge of the sales floor and team to prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist customers in fitting rooms, provide honest feedback on styles and fits, and foster lasting relationships through product discussions and event invitations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new arrivals and bestsellers, sharing insights with customers and team members.

Operational Leadership:
Lead daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, motivating the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets in a collaborative commission-based environment. Continuously seek knowledge about the fashion and activewear sectors to serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers.

Team Leadership:
Work closely with the Retail Store Manager on daily operations, sales strategies, and team management to ensure smooth business operations. Supervise daily store maintenance, including restocking, visual merchandising, and cleanliness. Exercise responsibility and adhere to safety protocols during store opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications
Availability for morning and evening shifts, working 8-hour days, five days a week, including at least one weekend day. Demonstrated punctuality and attendance are essential. Strong relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues, along with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, learn new processes quickly, and exhibit strong organizational and communication skills. A high level of accountability, initiative, and a willingness to develop new skills is required.

Additional Information
Compensation: $18.75-$21.00 per hour
Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and a 401(k) plan.
