Online training will be conducted via camera, followed by onsite requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive analytics and reporting services aimed at enhancing and automating client processing systems.
- Manage moderate to complex client-related issues effectively.
- Advise various organizational units to ensure prompt service delivery and issue resolution.
- Engage with teams to ensure that challenges are addressed and resolved efficiently.
- Participate in product development, enhancements, and system testing to maintain the integrity of high-value transaction processing.
- Resolve intricate problems by leveraging a deep understanding of system intricacies.
- Combine extensive area knowledge with industry standards to provide effective solutions to both internal and external clients.
- Support junior client processing roles and may oversee the allocation and review of team members' work.
- May involve specific supervisory review, training, and approval tasks.
Contribute to the achievement of team objectives. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is required, along with 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
