Employee Development Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Content Coordinator for our Preferred and Small Business Banking division. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing internal portals and resource centers, creating high-quality visual and multimedia content, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Estimated salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for designing and maintaining SharePoint portals and resource centers, creating high-quality presentations, graphics, infographics, videos, podcasts, and voiceovers that enhance employee training. The successful candidate will work closely with the training team and subject matter experts to develop engaging learning experiences for employees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop internal portals and resource centers that meet organizational goals.
- Produce high-quality visual and multimedia content that enhances employee training.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to ensure content is accurate and tailored to training needs.
- Provide creative input, resource optimization, and innovative solutions to elevate the employee learning experience.
- Analyze key performance metrics to assess the impact of learning resources on employee performance and development.
