The Program Management Specialist will oversee the daily operations of the program, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients. This includes managing staff, monitoring program spending, and facilitating regular team meetings.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.">
  • Monitor program spending and ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.">
  • Provide training and support to staff, including clinical oversight and guidance on best practices.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build and maintain community partnerships and collaborations.">
  • Collect and analyze data to inform program development and improvement.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.">
  • Clinical licensure or equivalent experience.">
  • Minimum two years' experience in program management or a related field.">
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and lead cross-functional teams.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance without restrictions.">
  • Passes VOCA criminal history suitability requirements.">
