Executive Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Search Coordinator to join our team at Odgers Berndtson US. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for coordinating search assignments, facilitating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and candidates.
The successful candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be able to prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality in all interactions. If you are a self-starter with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.
Key Job Responsibilities- Coordinate search assignments, including preparation of engagement letters and proactive meeting organization
- Schedule candidate interviews, manage travel arrangements, and generate search-related reports
- Organize and manage search-related documents, maintain internal databases, and work closely with the finance team
- Provide administrative support, calendar management, and preparation of presentations and pitch documentation material
- Establish scorecard competencies in Salesforce and track campaigns
- Bachelor's Degree
- Meticulously organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks at once
- Strong written communication skills and experience interacting with high-level executives
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and impeccable integrity
