Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience
  • Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes and procedures
  • Take orders for beverages from guests and service staff
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to promote food and beverage offerings
  • Stay up-to-date on wine and spirits knowledge, including wine-growing regions, grape varieties, and vinification methods
  • Measure drinks accurately and follow recipes
  • Responsible for bar keys and bank, ensuring their safe return and deposit
  • Assist with month-end wine and liquor inventories
  • Accountable for securing payment and maintaining a clean and organized bar area
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 6-12 months of bartending experience
  • Advanced knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Ability to work well with others and handle money
  • Command of the English language
Work Environment

This is a seasonal full-time position, eligible for benefits including paid time off, paid leave, and employee ski pass. The physical demands of this job include standing for extended periods, working in wet and humid conditions, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
