Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our discerning guests.
  • Manage the bar area, maintaining a clean and organized environment that meets our high standards.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, providing personalized service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional service standards and drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
