We are currently in search of an Event Marketing Manager to enhance our events program by crafting exceptional experiences for our audience. In this role, you will be responsible for designing both proprietary and industry events that promote growth and learning among healthcare professionals, distinguishing Garner Health from its competitors. If you possess a passion for creating memorable experiences, maintain high standards for quality, and excel at managing intricate projects, this position is tailored for you. This role is part of the Marketing team and reports directly to the VP of Demand Generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of all field events, including both proprietary and industry gatherings.
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote events through various digital and offline channels.
  • Monitor the return on investment (ROI) of the events program and provide regular performance reports.
  • Create detailed event playbooks that encompass budgeting, timelines, and logistical arrangements.
  • Collaborate with the content team to support programming or speaking opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, associations, venues, suppliers, and other essential event partners.
  • Manage the gifting program for customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Work alongside stakeholders in marketing, sales, and business development to devise effective outreach and follow-up strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in events and field marketing or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing high-caliber events that drive business growth.
  • Strong communication abilities across all levels of the organization, with a knack for managing senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a systems-thinking approach to managing multiple timelines concurrently.
  • Refined taste in selecting venues and activities.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative to ensure organizational success.
  • A genuine interest in contributing to our mission of enhancing the U.S. healthcare system.

The target salary range for this position is: $85,000 - $110,000. Individual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including qualifications and skills. This role is also eligible for equity incentives and competitive benefits.
