About the Role:

The Client Engagement Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Client Engagement Manager and Director in leading their assigned team and completing tasks assigned by other team members or the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Create documents such as meeting agendas, event and program recaps, and other client communications and correspondence.
  • Support to Education and National Account Team: Support all requests from the Education and National Account Team, including locking in field team support and all logistics.
  • Presentation Knowledge: Learn and grade the agency's presentation exercises to gain presentation knowledge.
  • Client Reporting: Compile reports and documents for clients, regularly identifying opportunities for clients to strengthen their program.
  • Project Logistics: Coordinate project logistics, proactively thinking through all pieces and taking the first pass at presenting the team lead with the best recommended action.
  • Industry Research: Research industry trends and stay up-to-date on current events and news.
  • Internal Brainstorming: Actively participate in internal client brainstorming sessions by offering ideas for projects.
  • Agency Representation: Represent the agency at industry or skill-specific meetings or conferences.
  • Travel and Meetings: Independently travel to markets to coach teams, conduct site checks, conduct client meetings, and meet with partners/vendors.
  • Additional Support: Support the account team with additional tasks as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree; focus in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 6-12 months of office experience; marketing agency experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and self-motivation; ensures goals are met in a timely manner. Capable of working independently or with a team respectfully and effectively to achieve quality results. Manage administrative tasks with attention to meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards.
