Global Events Strategist

Forrester is a leader in customer-obsessed research and analysis. We're seeking an experienced executive to lead our events strategy, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and revenue growth opportunities.
We offer competitive salaries based on experience, education, and qualifications. Our base salary range for this role is $194,000 - $316,000 annually, with the potential for additional compensation and benefits packages. For those located in New York City, the base salary range is $223,000 - $363,000.
This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive events strategy that maximizes client engagement and drives business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of event themes and agendas in partnership with our research organization
- Managing the logistics of all global events
- Overseeing the execution of events budgets
- Ensuring consistency across all Forrester events worldwide
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in event strategy and operations, with previous experience leading teams and managing budgets. They should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to connect with clients and provide value through their work.
