About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Synterex. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, coordinating new employee onboarding, maintaining employee data, tracking training, administering background checks, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. You will also possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
