About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Search Coordinator Expert at Harvard University. In this position, you will provide administrative support for the Office of Academic Affairs, focusing on the faculty review process.

Salary: $66,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining faculty hiring and review systems, preparing online dossiers, and coordinating access to candidate materials for external evaluators. You will also serve as the principal administrative contact and liaison for the HDS faculty search and review process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related administrative experience, education beyond high school may count towards experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Zoom, Adobe Acrobat and other systems experience are necessary.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (verbal/written), events organizing, attention to detail and customer service skills.
