Position Overview:

Civility Home Care is in search of dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide essential support to our patients. The role involves delivering fundamental care, monitoring health status, and assisting nursing staff with various medical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver basic patient care, including taking vital signs and assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing team, ensuring accurate documentation of progress.
  • Assist with the safe transfer of patients between beds, wheelchairs, and other mobility aids.
  • Respond promptly to patients' needs and call lights.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance patient comfort.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid Nursing Assistant license.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
  • The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • The capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Eligibility to work in the USA and a valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
