About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Thermal Tech, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing sales in a defined territory through the creation, management, and maintenance of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management
    • Serve as a strategic resource to customers relative to product, operations, regulation compliance, availability, and expertise of manpower to perform upgrades, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Project Management
    • Successfully handle the advancement and completion of multiple simultaneous customer projects.
  • Quote Generation and Follow-up
    • Generate quotes and perform follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance
    • Meet and/or exceed annual sales goals by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating existing relationships.
  • Troubleshooting and System Evaluation
    • Troubleshoot and evaluate systems to make recommendations for system corrections, improvements, and upgrades.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Utilize computer skills to create presentations, reports, territory trends, job logs, CRM updates, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of outside sales experience and a high school diploma is required.
  • Boiler/HVAC knowledge is highly desirable, and a technical aptitude with the curiosity to learn is required.
  • Computer proficiency with programs such as Microsoft is essential.
  • Exceptional customer service acumen and professional communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to manage time and handle competing priorities while ensuring accuracy is crucial.
