Position Overview

The Ranch at Las Colinas is on the lookout for an exceptional Service Manager to enhance our Haywire & The Ranch Family. Our Service Managers are dedicated to crafting memorable experiences for both Team Members and Guests, embodying our mission to provide Texas-sized hospitality. They are committed to fostering a collaborative team environment and ensuring every Guest feels welcomed and valued.

Role Summary:

We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Service Manager. This position is ideal for those with a strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. The chosen candidate will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop the essential skills needed for effective restaurant management, covering all facets of our operations from the kitchen to the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and embody the culture of Haywire through a vibrant, energetic, and service-focused demeanor.
  • Oversee food and beverage operations to guarantee exceptional service quality, engaging with guests and staff to create a positive dining atmosphere.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with understanding and efficiency, utilizing innovative problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions.
  • Lead by example, continuously training, developing, and mentoring team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings to keep the team updated on important business information, operational changes, and special events.
  • Manage daily reservations, ensuring that special occasions and guest preferences are acknowledged and celebrated.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, training, and ongoing development of new team members.
  • Organize weekly staffing schedules to maintain operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Assist in inventory management by ordering supplies as directed, contributing to effective resource management.
  • Support the General Manager with weekly inventory assessments, ensuring proper organization and stock levels.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality, ensuring adherence to company recipes and serving standards.
  • Compile and submit payroll documentation and reports accurately and promptly to the corporate office.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding labor, health, and safety standards.
