Position Summary
The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for orchestrating and supervising all on-site operations, collaborating closely with project teams such as Project Managers, Foremen, and Field Staff to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the entire construction process from start to finish.
2. Ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
3. Manage subcontractors and maintain accurate Daily Logs and Inspection records.
4. Assess project requirements, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
5. Guarantee that all work is conducted safely and adheres to project specifications.
6. Prepare crews daily for effective execution through structured planning.
7. Review and approve time sheets for accuracy.
8. Safeguard and maintain all company assets and equipment.
9. Foster strong client relationships by maintaining engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
